Some individuals with arrhythmias of the heart, fibrocystic breast diseases, and migraine headaches should probably avoid caffeinated beverages altogether.

If you don’t like coffee and even if you do you should drink organic green tea or white tea. Green tea has been a favorite in japan for over thousand years. Its antioxidant activity is two hundred times more potent than of vitamin E and five hundred times more potent than vitamin C. This decreases the risk of cancer. Have two or three cups of organic tea a day.

Here’s a recipe for healthy coffee. Used unbleached( brown) filters, organic coffee, alkaline water, and stevia instead of sugar. If you must have creamer, use organic skin milk or rice milk, and never use a Styrofoam cup, as styrene, considered a possible human carcinogen, tend to migrate into food beverages more quickly if they are hot

NOTE

Avoid special coffee drinks. These drinks. are loaded with calories , fat, and sugar. A small muffin and a mocha frap  from some coffee shops can supply amost a whole day’s worth of calories.
