The Open Records Portal was developed in response to legislation passed in the 2014 General Session Legislative session of the Utah Legislature, which requires the Department of Administrative Services, Division of State Archives to create an open records portal in consultation with the Utah Transparency Board.

The Utah State Records website provides every person with the right to gather, obtain, and examine public records. This ensures that Utah residents have access to this information in accordance with the Utah Government Records Access Act. This act states that all government information and records are available to the public.

This training will cover those provisions of GRAMA needed to fulfill records requests. USIIS is a life‐span system, designed to coordinate immunization services for persons of all ages.
